The only thing that was a pain was the long wait lines, even with 5 employees in the store it felt like forever waiting in like to get helped. No one really spoke with us in line and once we got up it was just a wave over

Online i picked out 3 charms that said it was available at this location Neither of them were So instead of my visit being 5-10 minutes It turned into 30-35 minutes ( i almost gave up ) Some of the charms she was showing me were slightly rusted But she was great overall

I love my Pandora bracelets. Unfortunately my last in store visits have been very limited in selections. Limited in Murano glass charms and other charms.

There was a little bit of wait but mostly due to having to go to the car to get a mask to enter the store. If the mall doesn't require a mask but the individual store does I feel they should supply a mask. I have knee issues and that was a long walk, my store in my state doesn't require a mask.
