I was in St. Louis for the very first time and I wanted a destination charm. I called ahead to make sure that the store had the item. The only "destination" item that was available was a Christmas-themed St. Loius charm. I was expecting something that wasn't holiday-related, but I got the charm anyway. I think that more of your stores should be stocked with "destination" charms. The staff was amazing though!!

The sales person was not as knowable of the items to build as I would have liked. I was told that I could not use a set of charms for a sale and that was not true according to the email that I received but I did not have the email with me. This made my visit longer and I did not end up buying exactly what I wanted based on this misinformation.

No reason

Some of the merchandise I wanted was not in stock.

Several charms that I was interested was out of stock or did not have the quantity I needed.

The products were not priced properly in the books equivalent to the system.
