When we entered the store we was not greeted instead told to wait til we was called. It was as if we knew or saw a sign not to come in. Beside this issue we were satisfied with our experience.

The selection of charms were limited. For my first bracelet, I wanted a variety of charms. I get that the store is small, and that's why the associate suggested I look at the online store.

The sales representative did not greet me with a smile and it made me feel like I was bothering her, or maybe she was distracted by something else that had nothing to do with me, like to look at all the pretty items to see which ones I would like to pick because it's my birthday and my husband said that I can have whatever I wanted, but it appeared to be annoying for the representative, kind of like would you hurry up, well I stayed calm because maybe it wasn't a good day for her and I didn't want to make it any worse, however I did take my time and choose the ones that I wanted I purchased four items and my husband and my godson was there with me and they were happy with the items that I purchased, thank you for allowing me to provide this survey

This store is always sold out of merchandise even in non busy times.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to get into the store. I realize there is a holiday approaching, but as of late every time I visit the store (which is once a month) my wait time gets longer and longer.

I felt like the associate was rushing some what. Treatment was like I was expected to be knowledgeable of jewelry. Also did not under my purchase being tax exempt yet I still paid some tax
