The store is small and with the mixture of mother's day weekend and covid restrictions, it was a long wait. Additionally, the associate did not seem to take into the suggestions I gave her for what I was looking for and pulled out only a couple of items, none of which I liked. I would have liked more guidance in choosing charms, but they were clearly trying to get people out as quickly as possible.

I didn’t have to ask many questions about product or service. It wasn’t a long wait time. The staff was very knowledgeable,

I loved how friendly Cheyla was. She really went above and beyond to help find what would really fit me. Over all the waiting outside to get into the store was the only thing we didn't like.

Some of the items weren't in stock. This was my first experience & the rep assisting want informative of inviting.

I love the quality of products I purchase from Pandora, however the sales associate did not make me feel like she wanted to help. She may have been tired from the previous customer but she wasn't very energetic with me. It's the first time I've felt this way and I have been shopping at Pandora for a very long time.

Because they never have the item you are looking for but offer you something else at a higher price.

I was not highly satisfied because I was shopping for clips for my bracelet and was not able to see the tray of clips available. It is hard to pick out something when you don’t know what your looking for.

I was told that I overpaid on an item I bought a month prior to my recent purchase. However nothing could be done to assist with me over paying.

Every thing was perfect and nice and I was satisfied with everything thing. And the workers was nice and helpful. And I found the right things I need at this store.

While I understand the limitations of the number of guests you can have in a store, I had a very impatient husband who was making the purchase and he was aggravated with the long wait outside of the store, especially since it was not a holiday.
