I had receive a gift (bracelet ) for my birthday and did not like it and wanted to exchange it for something else, l was told at the store - do to it was purchase through precious moments- I think that was the name that my co-worker got it from. So I ended up buying another bracelet. It is a Pandora product,so I thought I could exchange it. Sales person was OK, I think she was new to the team,she kept asking questions to her team. it was all good.

The wait was 30 minutes to get into the store. This was due to COVID restrictions. An associate did come down the line to check on people.

I wanted to actually see the jewelry before deciding what I wanted to purchase but was given the catalog to look and choose from. Once I decided what I wanted to purchase then I was actually able to see the piece. I would of purchased more items had I actually been able to see the jewelry directly versus the catalog

I have a Pandora me bracelet 1 of many of my other Pandora items. But there is a slim selection for Pandora me charms and that sucks
