This was my fist time shopping with Pandora. I really didn't have any explanation because i didn't have any idea about your product other that it's a jewelry store. Although i was told some items were 50% off, I thought your charms would have been a little less expensive with the discount. However I decided to start both my teen girls a collection and they were ok with it.

It was my first time going into a Pandora store. It is a fairly small facility, so during these difficult times, we’re being extra cautious, moving around to view the products and maintaining personal space.

I would have liked a larger selection of rings. I felt rather rushed in having to make a selection. I would have like to have been asked "what length chain" when I asked about a solid gold chain, and I was shown a VERY THIN short length chain.

loved customer service the were a lot of help and and polite. i loved the social distancing. also they help you with what looks good on your bracelet!

Thy only had two associates working during the time i was there. They had 30% off seem to me they would have at least three to help with the wait

Covid makes shopping for a personal hard. First experience shopping with the social distance and store is too small and when you are not familiar with the items makes it hard to know exactly what you want before an associate is able to help you.
