The Customer Associate was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The reason that I was not highly satisfied is that I had to return a bracelet that kept falling off of my arm. One of the safety charms that prevents the other charms from moving, was lost as a result of the bracelet falling off. Too replace it would have cost me another $50. Otherwise I would have been highly satisfied all the way through.

Bracelets in wrong size package. Couldn’t find the size I wanted but system stated three in store. Always want lower prices for pandora

Several of the items I wanted were not in stock. According to the staff, the items could not be ordered online and shipped to me.

THERE was nothing done beyond average on this visit. the sales clerk was very mondane she didnt offer anything that I might have considered to be an option for me. When she gave me the receipt to fill out the survey. I told her that I know about it and I have a code in my wallet right now that I forgot to give her . There was no response of any kind in regards to that. It just wasnt a good visit all because of her

My checkout time took 30 minutes. The key pad kept freezing up. Tried 4 different devices until it finally worked. It took longer to checkout than it did to select my bracelet. Maybe you need a register also

I was highly satisfied with me experince at the Pandora location I was shopping at. The overall price was not to my satisfaction. Although I know Pandora has a reputation for quality merchandise but some of the charms are a little pricey.

I travel alot so a collect signature state charms, I was sadden because they only had 2 to choose from , basic arch or a Christmas one. I also inquired about another charm I was interested in and it as well wasn't available. I completed my purchase, and would say that I'm still satisfied.

Curbside pick up was not offered for online purchase. There needs to be clarification on the website.
