Custmer service was OK when I tried to explain to her that I was sent a birthday coupon but I didn't have it I was told that it was nothing they could do and then I told the sales rep that I was trying to get in touch with corporate to obtain another it was no reply (crickets). The sales rep should have gone the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
