associate was very nice but I had impression that she was not enough patient and did assist another customer in the same time. then she try to train new employee I think when she assisted me too. I didn't mind but that is why I did not give highly satisfied. I also did not receive hard box for my 3 bracelets but soft pouch. when I asked for boxes I was told that store is out and I should come another time. but overall was good experience just not highly satisfied.

One of the items I was looking for has been out of stock since November.

For years my husband and I have purchased Pandora Christmas charms for our 3 daughters. On this occasion, the selection was very limited, so in the future, I will probably make this purchase online.

Specifically wanted charms with color, charms I'm looking for are discontinued and more sales are needed based on the amounts of money I spend.

I was highly satisfied, I just don’t live in area to go back again

The store was kind of crowded already just 9 customers in it (including us). We were looking for rings and the staff need to go back and forth with the tray of rings to try out the size, not sure why not use those bunch of ring with different size for fitting. Price tag not on the ring, can’t tell how much it is before making decision or if the price I got charge is the actual marking price.

I originally started my bracelet with purple colors and there were no longer any purple for me to add!

The staff was not very welcoming. It seemed like I was bothering them as I entered to make a purchase. I asked about the promotion happening and was ignored. When I asked to see the new collection I was taken to a book and the sales staff walked away. I’ve never had an employee at pandora not pull out beads for me to look at.

My first time shopping there and the prices are outrageous for a small piece of jewelry that’s not even solid gold
