I could not look at the entire tray selection to see what I wanted, I had to look threw a book. if that was the case I would have just ordered it off line, I do not care for this store and how they operate plus they dong don't give out the little bags, I'm very disappointed with this store

Many of the items on sale were holiday themed items. I was looking for a better selection of charms at the "discounted " price.

Associate talking to what seemed like a friend in line a few people behind me. Didn’t say anything inappropriate just wasn’t the classiest thing to do

The sales associate was amazing, the manager on the other hand "gentleman" was extremely unprofessional and rude. Was rude to me as the customer and rude to the sales associate helping me as well, the only reason I didn't leave the store at the point was because of the politeness of the sales associate and being apologetic towards the behavior of the manager. Completely absurd.
