The associates were helping customers, there were some associates not doing anything. My friend and I were not greeted nor asked if we needed any help. We were going to be buying, I already knew what I wanted. I felt like the associates didn’t want to help us because we are younger. We stood next to the rings and waited for 20 minutes, ended up leaving, then coming back again to let them know we wanted to buy something.

Being that it was right before the holidays the store was a little more chaotic than anticipated. I'm not a fan of crowded places. I feel that my experience will improve once it returns to normal business after the holidays.

I am just disappointed that I got a gift less than a year ago and I can’t give proof of purchase to get it repaired... it is a little frustrating since one of the little stones fell off the martini cup charm :( and since it is a gift, there is nothing I can do about it...

I think customers who own Pandora bracelets should be given the catalogue of charms during the selection/purchase process. At one point a charm was selected for me by the end associate and quoted as a $45 charm. But as we neared check out the associate seemed surprised that the actual price of the charm was $90 dollars. When I arrived home and flipped through the catalogue, the price was $90. I began wondering if the wrong price encounter was a strategy to upsell or a genuine error on the part of the associate. Thus the reason I wasn't highly satisfied.

There was markers set up so that you could not walk around and look at the jewelry counter. I felt like I was very rush by the store manager.
