The sales associate was trying to sell me cheaper charms when i specifically picked out one that i wanted he then went to discuss pricing and i told him it was not a problem i felt a little prejudged as he kept trying to sell me the less expensive piece as to he thought i couldn’t afford the expensive one i bought the expensive one and the less expensive one in the end

I forgot my $10.00 coupon, wanted to use it with my purchase, asked if I could come back with the coupon the next day, and get the difference, if I made the purchase that, which I sill did, was tld no, I have been able to do that at other stores.

Because the sales person talked too much. Like I wasn’t familiar with PANDORA jewelry. And seem very surprised that I was making a purchase. I own several bracelets that are PANDORA. I explain to her that I wasn’t a first time buyer. But she still kept running her mouth.

I'm not sure which store this survey is referencing. I visited the Des Peres, MO store at West County Mall on 1/31/17 and 1/1/18 and had a horrible experience both times and left empty handed. I visited the Richmond Heights, MO store at the Galleria Mall on 1/14/18 and had a great experience. The store is small and it's hard to look at everything and 2 of the items I was interested in was out of stock (which is also an issue online), but overall the experience was good. I can't relay enough how awful the representatives at the Des Peres, MO are... I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a call back from the manager of that store which I doubt I'll ever receive. I relayed my entire experience to Pandora Customer Service via email.

This particular store location did have an environmental friendly welcome or feeling. I walked in the store & 1 sales associate was doing inventory count. I said hello to her twice & she didn't notice me standing in front of her at the counter, when I said, hello an 3rd time she raised up & asked an 2nd sales associate to help me,who was just standing at the back of the store by the glass display case, who notice me as soon as I walked in the store. Who did not attempt to say Welcome to Pandora & I may help you. She a sobbey look on her face , & stated to an 3rd sales associate can you help her. to help me
