I had to wait longer and no Sales Associates were available to help me for about 10 minutes. It was hard to spot the Pandora charms. There was much available to what I could see.

I bought $540.00 worth of Merchandise. They gave me 3 free bracelets. I asked if I could exchange a bracelet for a charm or something else but the answer was “no”. Pandora needs to do a better job of rewarding customers. It would have been nice to get a small discount or charm or something different. Now I have 3 bracelets.....I got 2 bracelets last year at Christmas time that I gave as gifts to my granddaughters....

need more religious charms, several charms i wanted they were out (initials) i think the prices are waaaaaay too expensive esp when you want to fill up your bracelet...

I was very satisfied with what was in my sales associates control. A charm I've been wanting to purchase was very small the love and guidance charm. I still made the purchase.
