a lot of things were out of stock including the gift with purchase items, which is not the sales people's fault but it was not a great shopping experience. Also, I was shopping with my older mother and the items were were searching for are being discontinued and weirdly no associate would just say that, so I was forced to keep checking stores with for items that no store would have because no one would just tell her that no stores were really selling reflextions charms anymore.

The associate would not show me the whole page of charms, she wouldn’t bring it up to even let me see through the glass she would only put a few charms in her hand. I didn’t want them on the counter just in the glass so I could see the Disney charms

Destiny was the only associate willing to help me upon entering the store. The others looked away as if they didn’t want to assist. Which is fine, but ew, don’t make it so obvious. Every charm that I asked about was not available. I asked to see what’s available, the rude/annoyed guy with the glasses walked over and stated just go online and pick charms and we will see if it’s available. WHAT?? There’s got to be a better system than that. If I wasn’t tech savvy or didn’t have a phone, then I couldn’t shop?? I then asked about the bracelet and charm set for $159. He stated they don’t have that promo anymore. There was a paper in the glass display offering the promo and the website stated the promo was active. I asked do they have $30-$50 charms, only silver alphabet charms. Not many options to choose from. This was my first Pandora shopping experience and most likely my last experience.

The store hours were to open at ten. We stood outside until 1020 with no acknowledgement from staff. Upon entering no one greeted us. I had to initiate the greet. Everytime I shop at the Galleria store it is so unprofessional. Lastly the lady who helped me knew my frustration and apologized. Will not go back to that location.

I placed an order items were missing, cldnt get the items nor get them in the store for the price I originally paid online. Very disappointing and frustrating. Will not be placing future orders if this is his customers are treated
