This has been my 3rd or 4th visit inside a store and this experience just was not up to the standard I’ve seen in previous stores and visits. There were two sales associates in the store plus myself and they were busy talking and felt like I interrupted them to ask to look at a ring. There was very little interaction with the sales girl because she was talking to her co-worker the entire time. I didn’t feel like there was any professionalism in the interaction.

The last few visits made I haven’t felt welcomed. I’ve been ordering online. I only visited yesterday because I truly needed a gift!

I was returning an online order… I wanted an even exchange and I wasn’t given the option because the sale was over.

My sales associate was very dry, not knowledgeable & poorly handled my merchandise. A little more training is needed maybe ⁉️

I received a charm bracelet as a gift about 4 weeks ago. I went to the store to purchase charms and inquire about making it slightly larger as it will not fit my writer with the charms. The associate informed about the return policy and we were unable to locate the buyer’s information in your system. So now I’m stuck with an expensive piece of jewelry that I won’t be able to wear.

Sales associate was great. The problem was too many customers and not enough sales associates. I had to wait outside the store for 30 minutes before seeing anyone.

Sales associate was not friendly. I tried on a bracelet and she recommended me to get a size smaller than what I can fit. When I got home and added my charms the bracelet was too small. She was not knowledgeable. I will be returning the bracelet.

I was not satisfied with my experience because in past times I a have been able to look at a tray of charms to make my selection and I was told I could only look in the catalog and see one charm at a time. I know this is because the store concerned with theft. It also appeared as if the Associate was more concerned with keeping a close eye on the charms which does not make for a pleasant experience.
