The sales associate that I had Tyresha was not very helpful or friendly. I have problems seeing and I asked her about a price and she just pointed to it is too small for me to see.But another associate Imani Was very helpful and friendly. Imani was showing me charms and different merchandise while Tyresha didn’t . Tyresha needs More work on customer communication ,eye contact , sales, and friendliness.

Honestly I believe it was just this store, I went in looking for clamps for my bracelet I already have. She didn’t show me all the selections and I felt like I was missing out. And I was also looking to start another bracelet, she showed me the book instead of pulling out different styles. I got discouraged and decided to wait.

The prices are absolutely outrageous. The Pandora jewelry tarnish very quickly and that shouldn’t be. You can’t get a cloth bag when you make a purchase. The clerk always say they are out of them. I really don’t know why that would be as much as the jewelry cost!’

I shop pandora a lot. There’s a few associates and they didn’t really want to service me. There were about 3 girls and I know why now they didn’t service me. And it was because of my boyfriend, who entered the store with me. There was some issue or problems I have not known about. I came to shop for Mother’s Day being it was last minute due to coming back from vacay. I was bumped multiple times by kaitlyn and giving a lot of eyes rolls for something I don’t know about. I enjoy shopping with pandora all of my family has multiple full bracelets. I just wanted peaceful shopping that’s all.

I called to verify if you all were cleaning jewelry again & I was told yes but when I got to the store that was not true. I received an email the morning I decided to go to the store about a promotion when I asked about the promotion I was told it was over the day before (25th) although my email stated it wasn't over until the 26th which is the day that I was at the store.

Entre buscando un charm para mi hermana y la persona que me atendio no me los quiso mostrar en persona, me dio el codigo para escanear y verlos en mi celular pero yo prefiero ver los que tienen en la tienda y escoger uno que me guste con mis propios ojos.

I am dissatisfied because they sold us the wrong size bracelet. They sold us a 21in bracelet and the package said 18 inches and It also said 18 inches on the receipt

The male associate that was helping make the exchange on an online purchase acted disinterested, never actually thanked us for the purchase, and we had to ask repeatedly for him to actually pull out items. Fortunately for us a female associate obviously saw the interaction and she began to pull items, offer suggestions, and even gift wrapped the items. The male associate took my card swiped and said “she has your stuff over there.” It was clear that he was not interested in providing us with a service. If my wife and not had not needed the gift ASAP we would have likely left the store. Thanks to the female associate who saved the day!

Not being able to see the products because they will not take them out of the case. Can plastic wrap be put over the trays for a better look at the product out side of the case? Not satisfied with the new staff that is at this store. Not very friendly.
