The wait was too long. There should be a time limit on how long a sales person wait on a customer. One sales person waited on the same person while we were in line until we left the store. There should be a thirty minute limit, know what you’re looking for before you get waited on.

The sale association wasn’t nice enough it was my first time buying a bracelet and she couldn’t suggested me anything i guess she was in a rush for me to buy something and be done with it. Couldn’t tell that the bracelet come with warranty or anything.

It was in the middle of display change there was nothing to look at. Scottiauna was my sales associate. She was nice but seemed very disinterested. I am a current sales associate of PANDORA in IL, so I have a thorough understanding of the expectations of a sales associate of PANDORA. She fell short of those expectations with me, didn’t offer me the PPC or suggested any other pieces.

I got an email for this survey but I never got an email that you had a 35% off sale. I asked why you don’t send notice if sales to existing customers. The attendant just said you don’t send out emails I had to register on your website. Frustrating because I was waiting in a sale to purchase a new bracelet.

It was not exceptional. The store in West County St Louis is more pleasant than this location. The ladies at this location are okay at customer service, not excellent.

Sales associates did not greet me, I had to speak to them first. They did not offer to clean my bracelet nor did they speak to me other than answering my question and asking for my payment

Although the store manager finally approved my survey for the $10 off, she originally insisted it had to be done within 6 months. That is no where on the receipt. I inquired about that and was told she was not correct. The young lady that actually assisted me was fantastic!

The sales associate appeared to not be in the mood to assist me. I had to repeat myself numerous times to get the assistance I needed.
