The young lady that was assisted me was not very helpful at all. She was very dry and was not helpful in suggesting other items that I my like. She just wasn’t helpful at all.

I was not able to look at the different charms in the trays, they are not allowed to let you look only they pick for you. That's not fair nor professional at all. You're gonna lose alot of business this way!!!

The sales associates were very unprofessional while servicing the customers. Too much personal small talk was going on across the small store. Not enough kind attention given to me. I felt like I was at a home jewelry party with the girls. Not good.

The person who sold me my bracelet was doing fine. The other ladies working, however, never once stopped complaining loudly about how busy it was, how they needed breaks, how they were going to close early to get their breaks. No one smiled or asked us how we were doing. One woman complained very loudly when we asked to see the trays of the 50% off pieces, saying how stupid and annoying it is when they have to show people those trays. This was my first purchase from Pandora for myself and I did not buy as much as I wanted to because I felt so rushed and like I was an annoyance to the entire staff. I will not return to this location.

The sales person in St Louis Galleria store, Name Tiara, was so rude, disrespectful, and I am not sure she was angry at us the moment we entered the store, as if she wasn't happy being in this job or helping customer, I buy frequently from Pandora never had such bad experience

I love Pandora and every single time I’m at the store I received the best costumer service, I live in Illinois and this time I bought something in Missouri and the costumer service was horrible I ask to see charms and the lady didn’t really show me the ones I want then I ask for the price she said to me I don’t know, I was like “ok then ask please” but she didn’t. At the same time another costumer was there and I was very surprised to see that she was receiving a grate service they where very kind, respectful, showing her whatever she wanted to see, and then me with a person that barely whites to show me a charm o 2, please pay attention. To this thinks because in Illinois the sale associates are super friendly, respectful, and they always treat you well and make you feel special. I did bought my charm because I need it but never again at that store🫤

I was not greeted when I entered this location. The sales associate was dry and seemed to be bothered by my visit. I asked about another charm which they were clueless as to which one I was asking about. Also, when I received the charm I went into the store to pick up it looked nothing like the picture online. I did not like the in-person style and asked if I could return it and was told no. W/o any real explanation the sales associate continued to tell me I wasn’t able to return the charm since I’d just picked it up. Since I was purchasing additional charms I then asked if I could exchange it, that’s when the manager intervened and stated she could “go ahead and do it”. I love Pandora charms but I’m not excited to return to this location to purchase more or if I have an issue and need to go in store.

Customer service was poor at the store .I greeted both sales ladies and they never responded . I did not feel welcomed in the store.
