The sales associate Anna L no 214767 was very rude from the beginning of the visit. I waited in line for over an hour expecting to be greeted properly and serviced with a smile instead I was greeted with a frown and the associate saying I wasn’t ready for you but you just walked up so I need to clean step back..so I was immediately turned off disappointed that I had waited in line so long to be treated as such once I was able to walk up to the counter she still had a nasty attitude was being very short and mostly talking to her associates and not engaging with me. I asked about Mother’s Day charms she stated this is all we have left I mean today is Mother’s Day..at that point my was just hurry up pick a charm and bracelet so this transaction can be over so I don’t loose my cool. This experience I will never shop in store again I will just do online ordering in the future.

The sales lady Tyresiha didn’t greet us. She was not very helpful with helping me find the jewelry. Nor did she helpful with telling me the price and I have a problem with seeing.I had to ask another worker Imani who was Very Help.

When we entered the store we were told to wait outside which was fine.Once it was our turn we were just waved into the store from one of the 5 people behind the counter. I thought the sales associates I spoke with were very rude. I went to purchase a bracelet for my daughter and a new charm, because the bangle I had purchased and brought with me had too many charms making it uncomfortable to wear. I asked to see the bracelets so she could choose the one she liked. We were only offered 3 to look at. At one point there was only me and my daughter and one other guy in the store making a purchase and a long line outside the store of people waiting to come in. I have never been in a store that o was not allowed to walk and look at the product available and then only shown a limited choice of what I asked for. I honestly would say if this was my first store I had ever been too I would not have bought pandora. I am not from this area, I was just here visiting my daughter. I will not go back to that store for any future purchases when I do come back to visit.

Associate was not knowledgeable about products or protocol. Associate would not let me see the charms except at a distance and when I told her I couldn’t see them she wasn’t accommodating.

Waited in line 45 to exchange bracelet I received as a gift. It was too small. Laura took 15 minutes searching everywhere for a larger size of same one. Computer said there were two in the store, but she couldn’t find them. So I ended up spending more money to get one my size. She took my original receipt, so high I didn’t realize she didn’t put it in the bag, and then…..when I asked for a bag since I had only received a wrapped box, she gave me a generic white one! Not the nice Pandora one! My son spent over $300 years n my original present and I offered up $57 more to get the bracelet that fits and that dirty haired loser couldn’t even give me the nice bag! I feel like she may have tried to get the original, larger one at first, but then tried to offer me a $225 upgrade instead! Since I was tired of dealing with it, I agreed to change to different bracelet.

When I got to the store I asked to look at a ring and the team member mentioned that the price was $425 and showed me a cheaper ring. I had over $10,000 on me so I felt offended that she assumed I couldn't afford the ring. If I were a white woman I'm sure she would have just made the sale. I won't be back and will spend my money where I'm not expected to be broke or buy the cheapest things because of my color.
