The sales associate was very rude and condescending. She made my first visit to Pandora very poor. I will not return to that locate if any others in the future.

I had a Las Vegas receipt from another Pandora location I visited while I was away on vacation and when I presented the receipt to the sales associate she tried giving me a hard time with making the exchange I’m not sure why this is going on up at this store if you a receipt with the company’s address on it and loc that you visited there shouldn’t be any problem with making the exchange the lady then also ask me for the email the purchase was made on , and I had already presented to her the receipt for the exchange so she made it extra hard for me at the end of the day cause after entering the email that was on the receipt she then said the email was not coming up and that was the email used at the time of the purchase as well and she had already has the receipt of the purchase and see the merchandise on the receipt so not sure why I had to go through all of that they just were not trying to make the exchange in my eyes for me to have to go through all of this for an exchange. I wasnt happy with the way the sales associate treats customer the customer service was not good .

Not many options. Small inventory and the sales associate sold me a dirty used charm. I have pictures of it. Clearly very dirty, which makes sense why she never handed me the charm just showed it to me.

I waited in tbe line for an hour (not really mad about that due to it being the pandemic). But when i got in the staff was not friendly at all did purchase 1 charm for a graduation gift vs a whole bracelet which was my intention. Due to the customer service i just ordered it online and said i will not be returning in store unless time requires me to do so.

I was not giving my receipt, all though my receipt was emailed,I didn’t get my Pandora bag are box that my charm was purchased with. I had to request for my items. I’m no new shopper I Love my Pandora.

I was told I needed a clip to open the bracelet, told it’s only $10, also need clips to keep charms in place and a safety chain, and that one of my charms could be damaged without the clips. Wasn’t shown any clips or safety chains and all these things are very expensive and wasn’t told I need all these extras when bracelet was initially bought
