I continue to come in for the tennis bracelet and it’s NEVER in my size..I wanted the Purple Heart and it’s never there.. the salesperson that I had wasn’t very pleasant.. I don’t have very much money BUT I love Pandora and when I have a salesperson that’s kind and friendly it makes me ok with spending my money

The young lady that assisted me was a tad bit rude. She asked if I was with the other people in the store. I replied, "no I'm not". Then she asked in another rude tone "had I waited in line, or if I just walked in?" I replied that I'd waited in line. After that she was rather "short with her words and I felt rushed. I love Pandora, I actually went in to purchase a bracelet for my sister for her birthday which was yesterday (we buried our Mom and my sister's son on March 10th). I really hate that I experienced this because again, I love Pandora.

The salesperson was an attitude and very rude. The manager came over to assist with the transaction & had attitude as we’ll & slammed the cabinet door very loud. I will never return to that particular. Service was very lousy.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable on the items I wanted so I just bought something anyway. Asked her certain details and to look in the mall foyer where they had more items ,she glimpse but said they didn’t have what I wanted. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. She did not go beyond to please me.

I was unable to have my bracelets cleaned due to covid. But the sales associate touched several of my bracelets. I asked for specific charms, they were not available. I was shown 3 other charms. I asked for other suggestions and to see more charms, I was told they were sold out and would restock in January. I was allowed to walk around the store and I found a shine charm that I was not shown, when I asked about shine charms. The staff was not friendly or knowledgeable about the products. I started with a male associate and he left me and my bracelets out to answer the telephone. A female associate assisted me and completed my purchase. I was really disappointed with my visit. It seemed as if the associates were not interested in selling your products.

Checkout process was horrible. Devices kept freezing up. Had to try 5 devices. It took longer for me to check out than select my bracelet. Can't believe u have no registers. 30 minutes later i was able to go
