There was a greater at the Galleria location because of Covid 19. I ordered online and came to the dtore ti pick up amd had my email confirmation with me already out to show the pregnant lady who was greating people acting like security. I told her what I was there for and she proceeded to question me about my order as if I am lying. I then told her I just spoke with someone at the atore and she STILL questiined me as if Im lying. I tell her to get a manager she sucks her lips, rolls her eyes with big fake lashes and tells me "Im rude for asking for a manager" Ive been shopping here for about 10 years and have NEVER EVER been treated like that.

well the system crashed so I was inline for over an hour, then was unable to checkout instore due to system issues. I had to return to the store this day and was in line just as long.

I am appalled that Pandora does not provide cloth bags for charm purchases. You recommend that we use them to help aid in the care. You need to invest in mini bags for loose charms.

Not sure if this was for online or store My store experience was really nice My online experience was not as good the ladies I spoke with were nice but the fact you cant do a split purchase with a Visa gift card was my problem. I received a gift card for mothers day and wanted to use online and pay the difference on debit card and that was not a option fix that please it was a online only sale

The sales associate was condescending and rude to me. She tried to rearrange my whole bracelet, when I had it arranged just the way I liked it. I left feeling very upset and never want to go back to that store.

The sales associate was not nice. I was exchanging a charm my husband had just bought the day before because I had it already. I was asking to see other charms and she Rudely interrupted me asking if I had a receipt. I said no, she said we can't return without a receipt because we are not a franchise like West county (had no idea why she mentioned that). I said I'm sure you can pull his receipt under my name because I have 3 bracelets full of charms I'm in the system. She then says that's what I was trying explain I can pull your receipt if you are in the system but I can't if you're not because we are not a franchise with an attitude. I just said ok please check. Second time with this associate being like this.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the bracelet I purchased and returned it because it was broken. I do not believe that bracelet is of good quality. There is no option to exchange and pay the difference in cost of the bracelet for something different. I can only replace the exact bracelet and because the quality is poor, I can only replace the bracelet with the exact same poor quality bracelet. I don't like that.

The sales girl wasn’t helpful and had a flippant attitude . Very surprised!!!! I have bought many charms and bracelets from your stores, never had this kind of problem before. I didnt have a good experience.
