I was informed that I can get my charm engraved. It would cost $20. That was fine. After the engraving was done, it is not visible and the associate and manager said you have to pay for it, even though it's not visible. The associate then left half my charms on the counter and walked off . The manager was absolutely no help. I asked for the store manager and he said he doesn't know. I told him there is someone over you and he would not give me the information. His name was Armando. I had to go to the store at West county to get treated with some customer service that was excellent. When I told them the issue they said they would have refunded me my money because it wasn't a good job

I am not satisfied with my first and only visit at this location because I felt like I was looked down upon. I felt like the representative was rude asking if I wanted her to show me cheaper priced items. I've been collecting pandora for years and never experienced anything like this at a pandora location. I felt I was being treated like im less of a person, not sure if it was my appearance or my attire but i didn't appreciate it at all. I will not be going back here ever again.

I order a charm and the sale associate just put the charm in my hand after she runs my card for payment, I had to ask her if I don’t get a box or bag to put the charm in.

I opened an account used it paid it off and my account was closed because my credit score dropped. I’m highly upset

The sales associate convinced me under false pretense to sign up for a Pandora credit card. She assured me over and over and over that it would not be a Hard Credit hit. I explained over and over that I didn’t want to do it because of the hard credit inquiry. She told me over and over it wasn’t. I trusted her. Turns out it was in fact a hard credit hit and I didn’t want that. I believe she was being dishonest and purposefully misleading in her attempt to get me to do it. I expressed over and over I did t want to.

I placed my order online and chose to pickup in the store. I did this after placing an order a few weeks ago online and having the items delivered. Well that order was delivered with missing items. So I tried to rectify that by doing this. Well this order was to messed up again. The item showed in stock online ready for pickup. It was processed and then shortly after partially canceled. Because the charm was now not available. Well I still was charged for both items anyway. Even though it said I would not be charged. I showed the associate it charged me still. She said she didn’t know what to do. So now I have two bad experiences with pandora. A nd two charms I’ve paid for and have yet to receive. I will never recommend pandora let along do business with them again.

The employee was very rude and aggressive when asked a question it was replied with a ride answer. At the time of purchase, she told me repeatedly to hurry up and buy.

I came in store to purchase by items instead online, now the sale was spend over $200 you get free bracelets, I asked the associate about it see knew nothing of the sale , also she didn’t really know her charms. She was telling me they didn’t carry certain charms when I knew the store did, her attitude as a whole was like she didn’t want help me. I Spencer a lot money today and the service was horrible !!

The sales associate was not friendly or knowledgeable. I wanted to purchase enough charms to earn the free rose gold bracelet, she didn't seem to care at all. She didn't show me around to store and tried to force me to pick a category of charms. I ended up returning my purchase before leaving the store.

I went to the Pandora store to pick out a Christmas present when I picked one out the asked if the person with me would like to try it on since they had similar wrist sizes. Once we tried it one we decided to get it but once we were leaving we saw once that my mom would like more for the same price so we asked if we could do a quick exchange and the rudest sales associate I’ve ever seen decided to roll her eyes and proceeded to tell us that once you try it on and buy it you are no longer allowed to do a return or exchange. Which would have been fine if she wasn’t so disrespectful about it and had told us that up front when she asked if we wanted to try it on. It was just an all around terrible experience for my first time going into this store.
