Poor customer service. I have a choice S to where I spend my money and based on the say I was treated it won’t be at pandora.

First of all the sales associates did not greet me properly,they have no politeness about them,I went there two days before this visit,and base on the associates facual expressions I just turn around and leave...however I really needed to choose something for my birthday so I when back and still wasn't greeted properly again,when I ask questions about the merchandise don't don't want to answer me,it's like I was literally asking begging them to answer....the next thing is that they look really low down on me as if I couldn't afford anything in there or as if I was begging and not spending my money...I even ended up leaving not sure if I really like what my husband got me because I didn't want to stay in the store any long,we we ther for about 15 to 20 mins...

Store would not honor online promotion. Sales person was rude and acted as if we were bothering her. Manager was rude and unprofessional. This is the 2nd bad experience at this location. I will NOT be returning. My husband ended up placing an order online since I could not get what I wanted in store.

The sales lady was very rude, playing on her cell phone, seemed like we were bothering her. I spent 300 dollars on a Mother’s Day gift but I almost wish I hadn’t. I have never felt so disrespected in a pandora before but I can assure you this experience will prevent me from spending my hard earned money there again

I came in to get a cleaning on my bracelet the sales associate told me they don’t do that I told them that I have friends who have them and they do do it she said no they don’t it is really busy outside so just take the cleaning kit

Salesperson was very friendly, quick and knowledge of product. I was in and out the store within 15 min. I Love picking out charms and wish in the future I will have the option to design my own charm. It's a really cool place to build your own bracelet to fit your own style.

The galleria store seem to never have friendly staff. They act as if your bothering them coming. They won’t show you the available merchandise. I hate to go in the store there.. I prefer West county. The atmosphere is more inviting.

Laura was not patient, nor friendly, willing to help and in fact she seemed very annoyed and short with me. She made me feel rushed and I've tried for 1 hour 42 minutes to call customer service but I'm still holding because the store phone will ring and then disconnect.

Laura was not welcoming, personable or even friendly. She rushed me thru my selection process. She was rude and abrupt when answering questions.
