The people working in the store mostly the one that help me and my daughter was very rude, really did not even want to get anything out for us to look at. I did get 4 items only because i had seen them on line and really wanted them. Did not have all the items i wanted.

My sales person was not very helpful,l like she wanted me to hurry up. She did not have a smile like she didn’t really want to help me out.

First of all the sales person was very rude, I was looking for a particular charmsI had in my cart on my phone which I couldn’t get to come up . She rudely said she had over 800 charms and it would be impossible for to help me but I came to to location 1 hour before the store open so I wouldn’t be rushed but she acted like I was bothering her or that I was taking up too much time . I am handicap and for me to stand in line was my reasoning to come early I have spent a lot of money on Pandora jewlerly and to be treated this way was unacceptable I felt rushed but after waiting on my daughter who took about an hour in the store I decided to return my purchase. I had intended to spend more but I didn’t feel like I wanted to do business there so I returned my items because it wasn’t what I wanted so I was not happy with my purchase.

I was not satisfied because you had several bracelets on sale she did not offer me the different type of braces on sale the one I purchased was too much and you guys had two different bracelets on sale at the time for cheaper price I tried to return the bracelet and the young lady told me that you don't do refunds because the bracelet was on my wrist the sales associate put it on my wrist before I left the store I left for an hour my time I got home I really wasn't satisfied with the bracelet so I went back to return it and I end up spending more money than what I will be returned the bracelet today

My love one bought me a bracelet before he went to the service and it broke and the store wouldn’t honor it .. the store clerks or not friendly at all

After having to wait in line 30 minutes, I get to the counter and the sales associate Minnie was extremely rude, impatient, and seemed irritated with her job. She threw the charm on the counter and when she box it up she threw the box in the bag like it was a piece of trash. I spend a lot of money at Pandora and to be treated like that is appalling. if many does not like her job she should really think about switching into a different line of work.

Maybe she was just having a bad day. But her rudeness was completely uncalled for. Very horrible experience for a professional environment

I was 1St in line but, when I enter the store I wasn't greeted nor waited on. I was told because I had someone with me we can get seen together. Well, I'm spending my own money and so was she so why do we have to get the same sales person when the store had 5 worker. Not to mention the person they assumed I was with got waited on 1St along with 2 other people that was behind the both of us.
