After returning the same clip for the third time I was told there wasn’t anything that could be done. The clip has fallen off twice after being purchased less than a year ago.

Sales lady rude unhelpful she told me she would of brought the bracelet it was for a kid ! It was a bday gift ! Tried to ask her about the charms she told me she was 50 and she didn’t no ! she was Rude no customer service Unprofessional I thought you were trying to sale not make people feel bad about what they like

I was shown some slides to purchase. That was my sole reason for being in the store. I was informed that the price of each slide was listed on each slide. I spent approximately 20 minutes making my choice. I made a choice of slides. One of the slide I wanted to purchase was marked with a price of $35.00. However, when the sales person input the code on the item, the item rung up at a cost or $85.00. She informed the manager of the cost discrepancy or difference of the item. She was very firm in not selling me the item at the price that was on the item. She was not pleasant in the process. She jut said, "No I am not going to sell it at the price that it was marked.

Jazmin assisted me. Told her I was buying a Christmas gift for my Beautician Asked about specific items (was told u don't have). Gave her a price point. Then asked for Christmas charms she brought the tray and put under glass and put 2 charms on counter. Then asked if had a candy cane. Was told NO. But one was in the tray. Was told at the end of transaction it was a 30% clearance item and I couldn't return. I told her she should have told me that at the beginning that way I might have chosen a different charm. She was not helpful with this experience at all. The trainee Anitra had more personality and more conversation and concern regarding my purchase. Hats off to her. Also Auni listen when I called in with the compliant. Will go to West County for future purchases.

I returned to this store at the request of the DM regarding my previous experience in the store. I was to pick up a cleaning kit. I entered the store and went to the register and asked the associate there for the manager. She indicated the manager was off the floor and could she assist me. I showed her my email from Melissa Tyndall regarding the cleaning kit and she went and got the manager. I shared the email with the manager and she walked away and went to another associate to process the comped kit. The manager just walked away -- no excuse, no I'm going to have such and such assist you, nothing. This was very rude and inconsiderate. I've worked retail before, Neiman Marcus as a matter of fact. So I'm QUITE familiar with good customer service and the expectation of such. It appears this entire staff needs a refresher training on customer service. I didn't see the associate I usually work with. I believe her name was Shante. She was personable, professional, and courteous. From now on, I will make my purchases online, the West County store, or the secondary retailers that sell your charms.

My associate was inattentive to everything I told here. My bracelet was being cleaned and I was considering another charm but was unsure if it would fit. The associate didn’t even remember SHE was cleaning my bracelet. The entire experience was the worst. Thankfully my bracelets are completed and don’t need to acquire any more. In the future I’ll get gifts from other retailers. I won’t make a special visit to purchase a gift (which is why I was shopping).

I have already posted to Facebook asking ALL my family and friends to Boycott the St. Louis Galleria location due to the prejudice Manager you have working there! Not only was there a line he; “Randal Compton”, at least that’s the name he gave. As a manager he did nothing to alleviate the long wait, when I had an issue of a possible exchange, the nice sales associate went to address it with him. He returned with her and flat out without listening to my needs and concerns, “told me he did not have size 19 in stock in that particular style and he would call me when it came in! He kept repeating this without hearing my request to PURCHASE ANOTHER STYLE SIZE 19!!!! As If my monies weren’t good enough! I currently have invested upwards to $900.00, in my bracelet and bought for family! We as consumers DO NOT HAVE TO PAY 💰 TO BE TREATED POORLY!!! That Manager NEEDS TO BE REMOVED and that’s for that locations bottom line! I will not give another dollar towards his paycheck

As soon as I came in I was not greeted in a welcoming way. I was also watched as many employees came out and it was only me and another customer in the store. The girl o was working with. Seemed unsure of herself knowledgeable of the products and uncomfortable and kept looking over my shoulder and which I found out was another male sales associate when I left and excusing item. Iam a loyal paying pandora customer and have bought plenty of jewelry and do no diserved to be treated as a thief. I was coming from work and will never ever shop here again . They made the entire shopping experience unpleasant.

Thinking to exchange and when i am looking at earrings tray the salesperson name “Randall K No.143828” pulled the tray back without saying anything this is very RUDE so I decided to just returned and not exchange for something else. I won’t come back to this store anymore and not recommend anyone that i know to buy something here.
