The associate was very rude. I was rushed while I was making a purchase. I would have purchased more if that didn't happen. Her name was Lin. I talk to the manager Randall and he was not apologetic. I have never had a bad experience at this store before until today. Very dissatisfied and not pleased.

Inability to complete a return purchase of 105.00 no customer service, no options given outside of come back another time or mail a check. For customers who are loyal, make constant referrals you would think managers would accommodate and be sure to handle small transactions like this instead of wasting time and not providing solutions or even being apologetic about the lack of options. Consider working with neighboring stores to satisfy small transactional returns to maintain loyalty to those who purchase frequently and who highly recommend this location
