My sales associate Margie was extremely knowledgeable about the charms. She was able to show me several charms within 2 mins of being in the store. She cleaned my bracelet and added my new charm.

Neah was very nice she came and assisted my mom and I right away. She was able to help me with my return in a fast pace she knew what she was doing. She helped me size the best fitting bracelet and help me put it on and suggested good ideas for jewelry on the bracelet.

I love the selection of charms to choose from. The employees customer service was great and overall I love shopping and they are pretty much my go to.
