Sales person was very helpful and patient. As it was my first time in the store....I didn't know what I was looking for or how to best get there. She was very helpful and made recommendations based on my comments.....she helped me to design and purchase two beautiful pieces that will make lovely gifts.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and she allowed my granddaughter to pick from different charms without getting frustrated. Her name was Amber C.
