The associates were readily available to help me and when I stated the reason I was there, they immediately knew the product was not available and gave me the option to order the item and have it mailed to my home. I was visiting from out of town and they were extremely sensitive to this. I love the atmosphere of the store and they seem to have a lot of product. If I lived in the area this would be the store of choice. Close to the mall entrance and that was a plus because my purpose for being at the mall was to visit the Pandora store.

The sales associate working with us was super friendly and helped us pick out just the right piece. The piece itself was super well-designed and fit in perfectly with the other charms!

I came in and the workers act knowledge me right then and there and were very nice. I felt so welcomed, I came in and told the association what exactly I was looking for and she got it for me

The associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting the merchandise selected. The store had two associates and both took care of disinfection protocols in between every customers.

The sales rep was very accommodating and pleasant. She had patience with me while I purchased a birthday gift for someone else. She allowed me to take my time and she put the bracelet together and it's ready to present to the individual. The only thing they did not have were bracelet pouches.

Super nice employees. Speedy quick service. I knew what I wanted when I came in and they knew exactly what I was talking about and I was out fo there within 5 min.
