Imani was nothing less than amazing! She answered all of our questions that we had and was very patient with us. She helped us make excellent decisions on what to purchase and i really loved how she displayed different choices for us to choose from all while in upselling multiple charms.

The sales associate was super kind and extremely helpful. The customer that she was helping before me had merchandise that could not be returned and she continually refused to accept the answer 'no', so I had to wait a long time.
