The store was clean and friendly. The clerk helped me right away. The clerk gave me multiple options for what I described to be looking for and helped me with my decision making.

My husband and I are in St. Louis for the weekend, and we visited the Pandora store at the St. Louis Galleria. Amber C (name from receipt) helped us. She was amazing! She listened closely to our discussion on the merchandise and helped us in selecting the perfect addition to my bracelet: a bead from the Star Wars collection. After the purchase, she also took the time to place the bead in the perfect spot on my bracelet. The level of customer service that she gave us was fantastic. She is certainly an asset to Pandora.
