The sales associate made the experience very easy and more importantly very fun. She was. Patient with us as she had to work with my 2 sisters and my mother.

This was my first purchase and visit of Pandora. I had an idea of the 3 occasions I wanted to buy for, but had no idea where to even begin. Laura was friendly, knowledgeable, personable - fantastic! She showed me several great options and I left the store as a happy (soon to return) customer.

After familiarizing myself with what I had in mind to purchase online, during my in-store visit Erin was able to quickly locate the charms I was interested in purchasing. She had nice recommendations for how to begin a gift set with a promo bracelet.

MarJannette was very polite & welcoming. She was so patient with me while I had my 11mth old grandson. She also, was very sympathetic when I told her that I was getting a particular charm for my daughters in memory of their father.

The overall look of the store was spectacular. Customer service was good and the young lady was very polite. She also gave me a tip on cleaning my charms.

LaGuana was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful.
