I was really pleased with my shopping experience. The sales person Cheyla w. Was very knowledgeable about the charms and how to clean and organize your bracelet. She also told us about the bubble charms that you could design yourself.

Despite the fact that I had to wait a while for a sales associate outside the store, the service was excellent and the associate spent a good amount of time with my granddaughter and me.
