Originally, I had placed two orders on the Pandora online services. I completed both orders via PayPal. After about two weeks I was concerned about receiving my order. I checked with Pandora customer service. To my surprise my order was not processed due to some conflict with PayPal and Pandira. I was never notified of this problem. I was to receive a pandira fanny pack with each order. I received nothing...no order, no phone call and no fanny pack. I was totally disappointed. I ended up going to the St. Louis Galleria to make my order.

Because the lady who helped me was very nice. She knew what I was talking bout referring to online without any delay. And her energy was amazing

Customer service was beyond helpful and AMAZING!!! Every person that entered the store was greeted with a warm “hello, how are you doing today?” Covid protocols were met and exceeded!! I cannot say enough about the two awesome women that helped me today!!
