The sales person name Cheyla W was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to help me pick out a bracelet and charms. I brought in my other pandora bracelets and she rearranged them and really made more beautiful 😍 I definitely will be going back 🥰

Elantra was very helpful & friendly. I didn’t fee rushed through my transaction. She assisted me with my purchase that I made online. Also, I made an in store purchase & she kept a smile on her face the whole time & made great eye contact.

For some reason, on Sunday, August 29th, the website was not accepting any pandora credit cards. I called in to the store and spoke to Elantra and explained. I told her which charms I was trying to purchase and she put them aside for me. I picked them up today.

My sales associate was friendly, helpful, polite and was knowledgeable about the Pandora products.

I hate that I cannot remember the young lady's name that assisted me, but she was the sweetest person ever. She was extremely patient and helpful!
