The sales associate was absolutely wonderful. She was very polite and helpful. She had a EXCEPTIONAL attitude and was very professional!

I was greeted as I entered and this associate stayed with me through the purchase. She made suggestions, but respected my opinions as well. At one point they had to ask customers to wait outside the entrance until someone exited.

I was confused about the charm I wanted for my best friend and the sales associate helped me make the best choice.

It was highly good experience, it always is when I purchase, rather in store or online. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to see the cases anymore, it makes you seem like your not a trustworthy of their customers as they should be. But, besides that I love Pandora and would highly recommend purchasing their bracelets, and necklace’s , and charm too everyone that asks me, or doesn’t know what they are. Thanks Pandora again for a wonderful experience.

The sales associate was very knowlegable and friendly and she offered some suggestion on how to style my bracelet and how to keep it safe.

The staff were extremely helpful and knew exactly what i wanted. I did not feel rushed, they were very patient. They offered another option for me, which i really liked, and told me they would call me when the item comes in this week.

I never had one.Always won’t one. And the teller was amazing.
