Well I usually buy my charms offline but today I wen in store to check out what they may have in stock.Cheyla when above n beyond to find the charms I wanted n told me about the deals that will be coming up and also answer all my questions.SHe is pretty convincing when it comes to selling n I like that she kept a smile on my face even know she could now see it thru the mask I was wearing.I was very pleased and will be back around Mother’s Day to see what deals they may have. The salesperson was very helpful to me. I have never owned a charm bracelet prior to these advised me of what I needed to get started. She explained to me about the necessity of the clips and the spacers. I really love my bracelet.

Being covid time and we taking a lot caution with our health they made sure we knew why it the amount of people in the store and how long it would after they left to clean up once the customer left to make sure they was able to give effective service and I love that!
