The service is always excellent.

The Pandora associate was very polite and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and gave helpful advice. I was also instructed on how to care for and clean my bracelet and charms. Overall, I am very pleased with my visit and my purchases.

The sales person was perfect but not enough charms available about 4 that I really wanted was not available

The representative was very knowledgeable about the brackets/charms. She let me know about the sales going on and she explained how buying charms work. She also showed me how to customize a charm online.

The wait was not long. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were courteous to each other when they needed in drawers. Everyone worked together and the atmosphere was welcoming.
