Great customer service friendly safety

It was such a great first impression of Pandora. I have been wanting a Pandora charm bracelet ever since I can remember and now that I’m an adult I was finally able to purchase one myself! I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee who promptly asked me what I was looking for, I told him and he escorted me to the right section. I told him the style bracelet I was looking for but wasn’t sure of my size. He found the bracelet I wanted and had me try 3 on to find the perfect size! The charm I wanted was in stock as well. I was then given a bunch of care instructors. Overall a fantastic first impression and I can’t wait to grow my bracelet!

The salesman Tim was very patience and caring about the look and style I was going for.

The employees were very friendly and helpful! They took their time with me and offered suggestions on which charm I should purchase. Due to COVID-19, we have to wait in line, the wait time wasn’t long.
