I called before I came to ask about a certain charm and the you g lady that answered the phone had awesome customer service via phone once I got the the sales rep that assisted me which was Eryn ☺️ I remember because she was great super helpful I even purchased 2 additional charms that I had not planned on getting they were super nice and very patient
