I went in looking for some earrings for my 8 year old daughter the lady explain how she had recently placed an order for a customer but they decided on a opposite pair she was superb she allowed me time to look around she let me look at a few pairs I also ended up buying a few other things cause she was so persuasive

The sales associate was extremely perfessional. The store was very clean I was able to find most of what I wanted

Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Sales associate, Eryn, assisted me with what I came on for as well as showed me additional piece that would help my bracelet become more comfortable.

There was no question about why I was returning my stuff

I’m excited about obtaining different charms for me and my girls. The promotions that I came in for was honored in the store but with an attitude and when I noticed a sign for mix and matching of charms was told they were in wrong spot and told to look else where when that was not my fault. Attitude overall with customer service could have been better

Michelle was great. Even though it was very busy and all the covid restrictions she remained professional and had a great attitude. She helped me get all the cards I came to get and even helped me purchase Clips that I did not know about needing. She was great I would wait to have her help me each time that I return.

Shopping in the store was convenient. The salesperson was pleasant. The merchandise I was liking for was available.

While visiting they were dedicated to make sure I came out happy.

I own two Pandora bracelets with charms I've purchased during my many travels. They had become tarnished and I was upset that they might be permanently damaged. The ladies at the store were very helpful in explaining the causes for this and helped me clean them and they now look like new again.
