Service was quick. Brittany knew exactly where the charm I seen online was at in the store. She was also very nice.

For starters there wasn’t a line. Brittany was very friendly, helpful and patient while I looked through charms and rings. She was even going to clean my bracelet but I told her I’d come back on a weekday since it was Saturday night.
