The staff was helpful and patient. I had an item from another state that may not have been able to be returned however the staff was able to return it for me. And when out of state I was aware/offered a Pandora card but the staff at Stl Galleria gave me that option.

My shopping experience was pleasant and efficient. I left the store happy about my purchases.

Our sales associate was amazing! She showed us everything and put together different charms on a necklace for us to see how it looked together. She took her time and was very patient. I love the pieces I purchased but her hospitality was the best!

Kaitlynn was the young lady that help me doing my visit at the store. She was more than helpful, she really took her time with me it was my first time even stepping foot inside one of your stores. You all did good when you picked her!

I bought a charm for my wife for her birthday. The charm I selected was the camera charm. I loved it but most of all my wife loved it!! It's something she's always nudged me about getting, so when I actually bought it for her, she was taken back.

I was greeted when I entered the store. I was waited on immediately. Toni G. helped me with my bracelets. She was very nice, patient and designed the perfect bracelets for me.

I like the customer service. They where very patient and they helped me to find what I needed. And she made sure that I was satisfied.

Customer service is top at this location and the staff is very knowledgeable about the merchandise which makes my shopping experience pleasant every time.
