This is my first time with a Pandora bracelet, it was ordered online for me and too small. I was not sure if my size but the sales representative knew exactly what it should be. She also explained to me about the bracelet and asked what charms was purchased. They were all purchased online. To make sure the bracelet fit she put the same charms on the bracelet for me to try on, to see how I like the fit. It was great. She was very knowledgeable of the products and advised me what to add to keep my charms safe and in place and also how to arrange them once the charms arrived so they would look nice.

I was very satisfied with the person who waited on me. She was very likeable and helpful.

Really easy to look online for what I wanted, call the store and pick up my charms curbside!

I was happy with purchases due to the fact I been ordering off line of covid 19 so a few things I saw was out of order but the store had them. So I had them check and they had them I wasn't able to go inside they did curbside service so next week the store will open. I was pleased with Sierra help in the store I'm happy with my choices.
