It was quick and easy. I had an extremely difficult rime trying to make a purchase on line using my Pandora credit card. But when I called the store I had no problems. I will never order on line again.

This is my favorite pandora store. I am always helped within minutes of walking in. Staff is friendly and helpful. But my main reason is the store manager Eryn. She greets me and knows me by name. Knows my style and always has suggestions for things she believes I will like. And 9/10 times she is correct. Pandora needs more employees like her.

Holly B cleaned my children and helped with the exchange of my bracelet. She has assisted in the past and her customer service is always top notch. Toni assisted me with buying a bracelet for my daughter and my best friend. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Both girls are excellent representatives of Pandora

We were helped with exchanging a necklace chain that was too long for the person I had gifted it to. Despite the length of time between buying the chain and now, we were still helped. We got a better lengthed chain!

I’ve wanted a charm bracelet for a long time and it was my birthday. I walked in clueless Eryn was who waited on me. She was beyond helpful and very patient. Eryn answered all my questions and took the time to show me different charms and patiently put my bracelet together many times so I could see my options without Eryn’s help I do not believe I would of spent as much. I will be back many times I believe and look forward to have Eryn’s help and expertise.

Discontinued items frequent - searched and found lockets online then informed not provided at either that site may have been misrepresented (an off brand site Mia rounded) unfortunately.

My bracelet had tarnished and the first cleaning did not take care of if. Toni G. decided to try something else because it apparently had oxidized. She brought it out looking great. I was very appreciative since this was a gift from parents and my Dad recently passed away. Thank you so much Toni!!!

I was nervous when I ordered my bracelet online that I may have ordered the wrong size and that I would only be able to exchange it through the mail. When I got to the pandora store I asked the lady to measure me and see if I ordered the right size. She explained to me that I ordered the correct size and did the demonstration of putting fingers inside the bracelet while my wrist letting me know I ordered the right size. I then asked her about my clasp and told her my difficulty I was having putting it on she showed me a different bracelet with a different class that would be easier for me to put on by myself. I saw how easy it was and decided to exchange. I had to pay an extra $8.00 however it was well spent
