Eryn was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She gave me options of what to buy without being pushy or trying to up sell products to me. She took the time to get to know a little about myself so that she could recommend the best charms for my bracelet and also anticipated my needs like offering to clean the bracelet and my ring that I was wearing from a previous purchase. I felt very comfortable with her and really appreciated her customer service skills.
