Latanya - was very nice and friendly. She spoke of the product like she loved every piece and was knowledgable about the pieces, if she needed assistance it looks as if any sales person was willingly to give their knowledge as well. Will be returning soon and hope she is there to assist me.

Customer service was great

This was my first visit to a Pandora store as I had received a bracelet as a gift. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by both associates in the store and given prompt attention. I thought I would have to go case by case to look at items, and was pleasantly surprised when Lynn pulled out all the clips in one setting. I appreciate her taking time to ensure I got what I was looking for (I came for clips) and her attention to detail.

The sales associate Shante was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made recommendations based on a few questions she asked me. She wasn't just an order take but more of an advisor.
