The reason why I was highly satisfied was because of the sale associate Eryn S. She went above and beyond in the customer service department. This was my first time buying anything from pandora. She made my experience awesome. I was looking for a bracelet For a very special woman. obviously I didn’t know what She wanted as a bracelet. Eryn S. Help me put together a wonderful custom charm bracelet. August 31 I gave the bracelet to this special woman in my life. She actually cried because know one took the time to get her anything she wanted for her birthday. I shall be back to your establishment very soon. Christmas is around the corner. Overall this experience was extremely satisfying for a first time buyer. I know I spent at least 1hr in the store being shown all the awesome things by Eryn S. She was extremely Patient And knowledgeable. Your company should be proud to have a awesome employee like her. Who knows maybe next time I visit your establishment, she will be an manager.

The person that helped me was really friendly. She helped me pick a charm and told me why the starter set would be best. She also helped my mom with questions that she said about her account.
