I needed to exchange a Christmas gift and I had not been to the mall in a very long time. The Sales Associate that motioned me in was so pleasant to work with. I was a little all over the place because the store was so beautiful and I had a ring catch my eye. So we exchanged to the correct size bracelet and I as a spur of the moment purchased a ring. I did ask questions about the Ipad / pin pad because I found the entire transaction interesting as I am in retail. The sales associate was awesome to work with!!
